Step two: Type WSreset.exe and press Enter.

You can safely ignore them. Step one: Press the Windows key and search for Powershell. Click on the appropriate search result and run it as administrator. 
Step two: Type the following command and press Enter. Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $($_.InstallLocation)AppXManifest.xml} 
Restart the computer and try again. If you reinstall the Windows App Store, any corrupted files or data will be deleted, causing Snip and Sketch to stop working. Step one: Press the Windows key and search for Powershell. Click on the appropriate search result and run it as administrator. 
Step two: Type the following command to delete the Windows Store and press Enter. Get-AppxPackage -allusers *WindowsStore* | Remove-AppxPackage 
Step three: To reinstall the Windows Store, type the following command and press Enter. Get-AppxPackage -allusers *WindowsStore* | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $($_.InstallLocation)AppXManifest.xml}
